From humble beginnings in McKenzie, TN to a life-changing move to Illinois, Consuming Fire Ministries has been led by faith, obedience, and the call of God.

Humble Beginnings
In 2008, Consuming Fire Ministries was founded in McKenzie, TN under the leadership of Pastor Tony L. and Ryane Williams. Though the beginnings were small, their commitment to God's call and their church family was great in their hearts.
The church's foundation was built on faithfulness and obedience.
The Calling of Leadership
After several years of servitude and faithfulness to God, Pastor T. Williams accepted the call to Apostleship and began fulfilling the office of Apostle.
In the same year, Pastor R. Williams embraced her calling as Prophet. Faith and obedience played key roles as they continued to follow God's direction.
A Step of Faith to Illinois
In 2015, God instructed Apostle to move to a place He would prepare for him, much like He did for Abraham in the Bible. After prayer and confirmation, Apostle and Prophetess closed their church in Tennessee and followed God's instruction to move to Urbana, Illinois.
This move was a bold act of obedience and great faith.
Building Harmony in Christ
Upon moving to Illinois in 2015, Apostle and Prophetess began fellowshipping with local assemblies, promoting unity and harmony within the body of Christ. Once word spread about Apostle and Prophetess being established in Illinois, it was time to find a place to worship.
Although the search has been challenging, one thing remains certain: the unwavering call of God in their hearts.
